Quote requests

When you request a quote, Vozzali collects the name, email, business details, selected services, advertising budget and goals you provide. We use this information to review your inquiry, prepare a proposal and contact you about your request. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database. The quote inbox requires authenticated, authorized team access. Hosting infrastructure processes requests to operate the website. Do not send passwords, payment information or sensitive customer records through this form.

Security and source information

The form stores a referring website origin or campaign source to understand how inquiries arrive. A daily hash derived from the request’s IP address is stored with the inquiry to limit spam. The form does not store the raw IP address. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.

Retention and your choices

Vozzali keeps inquiry details while reviewing the request and managing any resulting business relationship. You may ask to review, correct or delete your inquiry by submitting a request through the quote form and identifying the email associated with it. We will verify the request before making changes.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently install advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. Team sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication. If optional analytics or advertising tracking is added, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated.
